Take clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item, ensuring the packaging and shipping label are visible for our quality control team.

Email our customer service team at [email protected] or message us via WhatsApp with your order number and the documentation gathered.
- 3.Review Process
Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days to verify the issue and determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will either ship a fresh replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
