2 cup water - 500ml
2 cup thick coconut milk - 500ml
1 tsp Baba Turmeric Powder - 2.5g
2 stalk lemongrass, bruised - 30g
B Ingredients (Blended)
2 cloves garlic - 9g
1 onion - 60g
2 red chilli - 13g
6 bird eye chilli - 10g
C Ingredients
1 cup prawns - 300g
1 dried tamarind slice - 3g
1 brinjal - 100g
1 tsp salt - 6g
1 tsp sugar - 5g
Cooking Method
1 Add A Ingredients in the sequence listed into a pot and stir well (5min).
2 Add in blended B Ingredients and stir well until boils (5min).
3 Add C Ingredients; cook till prawns are done (7min).
