Kampung Fried Rice
1 Heat 6 tablespoons of oil. Stir-fry 200g chicken, 100g vegetables and 2 eggs.
2 Add 550g~600g (4~5 cups) of white rice.
3 Add in 1 packet of Seri-Aji® Kampung Fried Rice Seasoning 26g and stir-fry until even. Serve hot.
Tips : add in fried anchovy as per your preference.
